| Our journey began in 1995 with our first miniature dachshund "Mika" or "Mika Dawg" as everyone calls her. She would be the first of many dachshunds and the reason for all of those to come. She has filled our lives with many hours of laughter, joy and lots and lots of belly rubs for her of course! Her wonderful and cute personality has made us want to share the dachshund love with others. Our dachshund puppies are raised in a very loving and caring environment. They are raised around children and love to play with them. Both our dogs and children have been taught how to play gently and to respect each other. All of our dachshund puppies leave here with their first puppy shot, they have all been wormed, they come with a health guarantee and an Iams puppy pack. If you are in search of a miniature dachshund puppy please find a reputable dachshund breeder. Then check out the environment in which the pup has been raised. You should see the parents and find out what type of socialization the puppy has had. All of these factors will help to determine the personality of your puppy. | Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue www.proverbs1210rescue.org This is "Jasper" he was in very bad shape when Lavonne rescued him. His leg had to be amputated up to the shoulder because of all the infection from his wound. After his surgery everyone was afraid of him because of his barking and growling, but Lavonne never gave up. She always fights for the animals to live. She searches until she finds the right place for each one. When she called me about "Jasper" and ask if I would take him and work with him, I said yes. He has turned out to be the sweetest and most loving dog. Thanks to Lavonne he has a great future ahead of him. He is a great blessing to my family and now has a forever home with us.
